My latest post at Google Sightseeing is all about the countries that you can’t actually see in Google Street View. There are indeed 27 countries that have been visited by the service, but what about those that haven’t yet? This post captures the little glimpses of neighbouring countries the Street View camera manages to spy from border crossings. Here you’ll find the only Street View appearances (as of March 2011, anyway) of Russia, Austria, and even Swaziland! You can read the article here (and find out where you park in one country to dine at a cafe in another, among other tidbits).
